If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will hear directly from the hospital you have been referred to regarding an appointment.
- If you need to enquire about your appointment please contact the relevant hospital you have been referred to and ask to be put through to the out-patient bookings team.
- If your referral was not to a hospital, please contact reception for further information and to track the status.
