Who are Healthwatch Norfolk?

Healthwatch Norfolk is the local health and social care champion for the county. It ensures that NHS leaders and other decision-makers hear the voices of patients, carers, and the wider community, using their feedback to help improve care. Healthwatch Norfolk also supports people in finding reliable and trustworthy information and advice.

The feedback it gathers is used to gain a better understanding of the challenges facing the NHS and other care providers. By sharing their experiences, individuals can contribute to improving health and care services for everyone.

In June 2025, Healthwatch Norfolk visited Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre to speak with patients about their experiences with health and social care services. During the visit, 17 reviews were collected for the practice, with an average star rating of 4.4 out of 5.
