An information evening for patients and carers.

Come along to learn about:
★ What frailty is and how to reduce the risk.
★ Support available through the First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) service.
★ Practical steps to stay active and independent.

👥 Spaces are limited to 30 attendees.
