Step 1

Contact the Surgery where we can get your ears checked for infection, other clinical problems or excessive wax. We are currently unable to offer ear wax removal. Ear wax removal will require a private appointment or an NHS referral to Acle for micro suction.

Step 2

A referral to an audiologist with one of our partners (Specsavers or Scrivens).

Step 3

Onward referral as necessary.
